Pēc ilgāka klusuma perioda 15.jūlijā, tieši vasaras vidū, Liepāju atkal ierībinās vietējie elektroniskās mūzikas underground aktīvisti ar kārtīgu reivu vecajā kurpju fabrikā, jeb KU:FA.
В этом году 8 июля на лиепайском пляже состоится второй фестиваль электронной музыки под названием SHINE CAFÉ FESTIVAL 02. Первый фестиваль прошел в прошлом году на концертной эстраде „Pūt, Vējiņi”. В нём приняли участие многие интересные диджеи, предложившие посетителям различные направления танцевальной музыки.
SHINE CAFE FESTIVAL 02 пройдет на лиепайском пляже – месте, где можно с большим удовольствием смотреть на рассвет, наслаждаться музыкой и танцевать до утра. Этот фестиваль электронной музыки - единственное мероприятие в Курземе, которое соберет как уже известных диджеев из Латвии, Литвы, Украины и России, так и новые таланты из родного города. Главная цель фестиваля - популяризировать направление электронной музыки и способствовать качественному ее развитию не только в Лиепае, но и за ее пределами.
